Daily Duties at Professional Services, Inc.:
Assigned to America Online, Inc. (AOL) to found an official technical documentation presence and developmental processes for AOL’s Local Technologies “Digital City” in Northern Virginia. Created baseline documentation processes, defined procedures for full life-cycle rapid software development, mapped hardware architecture, and software data-flows. This position required high levels of Systems Analysis, Web Page design, graphic capabilities, a thorough knowledge of object-oriented/relational database schemata. The tools needed to accomplish these objectives included; MOPs, RSD Concepts, HTML, RoboHELP-2000, VISIO-2000, TCL, and FTP.
