Daily Duties at Advanced Systems Development (Asd):
Provided standard .operating procedures (SOPs) via a DreamWeaver project for the White House Information Technology Services (WHITS), and Pentagon client Help Desk. This in-house assignment required the acquisition of DreamWeaver certification by a Pentagon training program, as well as the ability to extrapolate complex concepts gathered from SMEs, and produce cascading style sheets (CSS) in hyperlinked web pages for use by the WHITS technical staff through the use of intuitive procedural descriptions. Also, provided substantiating CMMI Level-III documentation for the eBusiness unit of the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OUSD) Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L). Additionally, performed requirements analysis, and SQL queries to create reports, which confirmed CM and ITIL SOP implementation projects to ensure top level management endorsement of the ASD corporate CMMI and Information Assurance (IA) certification program, and generated White Papers to support OUSD initiatives.
