Daily Duties at Qwest Communications, Inc.:
Edited proposals for the Qwest Government Services (QGSI) Contract Program Office (CPO) in response to RFPs submitted by government agencies and commercial concerns. Performed data-mining, writing, and editing, to amass reusable information required to build a collection of standardized text and graphics known as the Proposal Knowledge Base (PKB). Also generated White Papers as needed for the QGSI department.
