Daily Duties at Bio Merieux Inc:
Primary Duties: • Control and maintain ERP system for LEGAL Hold sales authorizations due to Export Compliance limitations • Implement and execute the process for applying for export licenses to allow US government authorized sales of products • Denied Party Screening of customer, vendor and employees, including the completed reports. • Implement and enforce export compliance procedures based on the Compliance Policy, laws, and regulations applicable to bioMerieux, including Voluntary Disclosure, • Maintain a “jurisdictional classification matrix” to track export classifications modifications for all products.
