Daily Duties at Matrix Solutions:
Lead all aspects of new customer sales, retention of existing customers and business development. Developed, implemented and executed sales and retention strategies, sales processes and sales playbook for Cloud based SaaS CRM and Analytics sales team. Spear-headed CRM implementation and corresponding CRM strategy. Recruited, trained and managed the sales team. Developed, implemented and measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Developed annual sales plans & budgets. Developed and implemented sales compensation plan and corresponding plan document. Worked with the other executive team members to develop the company’s strategic plan, initiatives and integrated activities to support that plan. Worked closely with the Product Management team to represent the voice of the customer in pricing and the product roadmap. Approved special pricing and terms and conditions for high-profile customers, high volume opportunities and unique commercial situations. Prepared and presented financial results and sales forecasts to the executive team and the Board of Directors. Managed business unit P&L
