• Successfully managed and had P&L responsibility for over $500M of inventory and a team of 20 employees in planning, procurement, first pass quality and inspection, GMP shipping and receiving, warehousing, and manufacturing production spares inventory functions for the Amgen Colorado campus • Managed projects and teams focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence for the organization achieving stability within the Lean Transformation continuum, creating strong partnerships with corporate counterparts and global stakeholders • Expanded and updated the EH&S job hazard analysis documents and business continuity plan for all of supply chain, managing risks inherent within supply chain • Lead presenter for FDA regulatory/internal Supply Chain audits • Catalyst to improve International Expansion shipping issues within the network • Restructured organization to support changing regulatory and company initiatives
