Developed and executed end-to-end Quality Operating Model and Quality Council Governance, Quality Management System (QMS) and culture by providing strategic leadership to ensure superior customer quality. Envisioned and implemented marketing-type approach to developing “customer first” quality culture including communications, collateral, roadmaps, and training.
