Calling on Neurosurgeons and Orthopedic Spine surgeons. Developed sustaining relationships. Educated the surgeons on new techniques, TLIF. Over see OR suite to facilitate smooth cases and answer any question surgeon might have. Achieve 20% set quotas each year.
