Daily Duties at Freedie Mac:
Oversaw the development and execution of the first Enterprise Change Management process and tool ‘roll out’ to over 300 users including the purchase of the CM Tool Established and ran Change Control Board meetings. Responsible for the production of status accounting reports Wrote and maintained all CM Plans, Policies and Procedures and CM Technical Documents Provided supervision to a staff of 15+ including the writing of reviews, tasking and motivating them to meat deadlines
