Daily Duties at Sealaska Environmental Services:

and funding spreadsheets for review by senior executive leadership. • Coordinate operations with Armenian, Vietnamese, Lithuanian and Kazakhstani Customs, the Port Authority, local stakeholders, subcontractors and other authorities involved in construction activities. • Review architectural project designs for accuracy, completeness and constructability; provide review assessment summaries and synchronize requirements between customers and design firms. • Train personnel in the planning and scheduling of construction activities and in critical path project management while earning a reputation for firm, yet compassionate mentorship. • Monitor baseline plans for potential changes; support timely invoicing and tracking of accounts payable; and identification of corrective actions and possible contract modifications. • Ensure adherence to SES-TECH procedures during construction and that all construction is completed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and the Megaports QC Plan. • Provide sound construction advice and frontline guidance; proactively identify errors and initiate immediate, practical and cost-effective solutions on site. • Supervise full implementation of the Project Specific Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Plan and the Megaports/CORE QC Plans at each site. • Prepare required field reports and coordinate QC activities to ensure conformance with authorized policies, specifications, drawings, the Megaports QC Plan and sound practices. • Continuously promote significant cost savings through alternative construction means and methods while ensuring that construction teams maintain the highest levels of quality workmanship. • Managed full implementation of the provisions and requirements of the EH&S Plan at the Ports Klang Northport/Westport and Johor Bauru Port of Tanjung Pelepas. • Provided EH&S technical guidance and training for Project Field Team members, local subcontractor personnel and U.S. Government employees. • Prepared site safety and health documentation; oversaw daily EH&S meetings with subcontractors; reported EH&S deficiencies; ensured availability of protective equipment for personnel. • Authored Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Plans.
