Increased responsibilities and support across the department and organization; assisted with oversight of $1.7M department budget oversaw inventory and office supply purchases; provided recommendations for end of fiscal year budgets. Expanded responsibility of managing, creating, and compiling metrics and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly), which helped reduce department overhead. Assist in identifying and analyzing areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of organizations Event planning and coordination efforts altered from administrative duties to major planning and contributor of internal employee events and health initiatives. Prepared budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development as well as - Designed inter-company mail campaign; achieved a 46% increase in employee participation year over year (2013; ~140 participants to 2014; ~305 participants) - Assisted in successfully increasing employee participation by 1007% over a 9 year period of time; 2008 (~50 participants) to 2014 (~305 participants). - Coordinated services for accommodations, employee entry registrations/ fees, facilities / event site set up, catering, signage, displays and special needs requirements, printing and event security. Prepared, composed, and designed presentations, correspondences, reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets or presentation software. Increased duties to include designing inter-company communications and marketing materials.
