Daily Duties at Rosen Hoffberg Rehabilitation:

• Financial analysis, financial and benchmark reporting to managing partners, budgeting, monitoring A/R, P/L. • HR including hiring, managing, training and scheduling staff with the help of departmental managers, developing job descriptions, developing policies and procedures and maintaining adherence to them, monitoring patient flow, supplies, inventory, monitoring staffing levels, etc. • HIPAA Privacy Officer and Company Compliance Manager: Ensured Compliance with State and Federal Regulations. • Developed, initiated, maintained, and revised policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Managed day-to-day operation of the Program. • Instituted and maintained an effective compliance communication program for the organization, including promoting heightened awareness of Standards of Conduct, and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures. • IT Lead: Provide networking/desktop support and perform mainframe and maintenance tasks. Led computer system overhaul and integration with practice management system. • Developed, periodically reviewed and updated Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees. • Monitored, and as necessary, coordinated compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends. • Established new and effective Policy and Procedures, Trained employees on OSHA and HIPAA, established Prescription pad policies and safeguards, supervised 70 employees in conjunction with Practice Manager
