Directly manage two analysts supporting $350 million of technology investments within the Digital, Mobile, Marketing, Enterprise Architecture, and Data & Analytics portfolios via business case development, forecasting, and planning • Evaluate financial viability of contractor-to-team member conversions, technology modernization investments, and using agile scrum teams vs. project teams for Target’s technology transformation
