Daily Duties at Citigroup:
* Provide advice on technical accounting issues to all divisions at all levels of the Bank, including senior personnel from the corporate, finance and risk functions * Lead the Bank's implementation of new accounting standards on derivatives, financial instruments, Troubled Debt Restructurings, impairments and disclosures. Acted as a key point of contact for external and internal auditors. * Prepare disclosures on Forms 10-Q and 10-K, accountable for the Company’s derivatives/hedging and investments footnotes as a reviewer * Actively follow regulatory developments in financial accounting field by the FASB, SEC, IASB and EITF; write policy updates for companywide distribution * Prepare relevant materials and provide training that qualifies for CPE to the Bank's employees, including higher and mid-level management.
