Daily Duties at Digital Realty :
Managed a five plus year multimillion dollar capital improvement program for a real estate investment trust (REIT) to modernize 45-year-old property and to create 60,000 Square Feet of data center space. Responsible for the operations and management of company’s St. Louis portfolio of data center and office properties. Negotiated the renewals of all expiring leases, during this time with an average increase in base rents of 3%. Profit and Lost responsibilities to include budgeting, budget variances and re-forecasting of income and expenses.
