Club Sport Work Values

Daily Duties at Club Sport:

*Collaborated with Sr Program Director in creating the operating annual budgets for resident, day and seasonal camps. *Monitored revenue & expenses monthly. *Planned and initiated corrective action in a timely manner. *Researched and assisted in the writing of grants to benefit all of camps’ programs. *Oversaw effective daily operation of summer and vacation resident camps, travel participants, and day camps. *Proactively addressed the needs of campers and staff through bi-monthly surveys. *Built developmental assets in youth, and teens through quality programs and communication. *Developed program to include new aspects each year and exceed standards. *Monitored program best practices to assure compliance with health and safety standards. *Collected written program evaluations for all programs that fall in purview of responsibility. *Took corrective action to make appropriate adjustments to rectify reoccurring issues in evaluations. *Proactively communicated with all Department heads to insure both camp and participants’ needs were met. *Recruited, hired, trained, supervised and evaluated highly qualified staff for summer resident, travel, day and vacation camps. *Developed and implement weekly staff in-service trainings and individual staff development plans. *Promoted programs and positive results to enlist participation, volunteers, donations and collaboration. *Managed alumni development. *Provided support to the annual campaign as assigned. *Actively participated in local family and youth events to build relationships with the community.
