• Designing in SolidWorks the parts used in the well COMPLETION tools like Flow check valve, Tubing hanger connector, POTHI connector in accordance with the API and the ASME standards. • Generating Bill of Materials. • Von Mises Stress analysis on Pressure Vessel and threaded connections, safety factor in check with the ASME and API. • Product testing which involves performing qualification testing on the products. Qualification testing involved several high pressure test, Pressure temperature test i.e PR2, Vibration test among others.
