Daily Duties at Petrotechnologies Testing, Inc.:
• Performing Qualification test on the Pressure Vessel products used Downhole in accordance with API 6A. • Troubleshooting the lab equipments like temperature chamber, actuators, high pressure pump among others in case of an issue. Always have a plan B to eliminate the downtime in case of an issue with the equipment. • In case of a product’s seal failure, finding the reasons and working on the correction of the design of the products if need be. • Von Mises Stress analysis on all the designs(Cylindrical) used in the qualification testing like the external pressure chamber before use. • Extensive problem solving skills, Generating a Design Verification Report. • Finding the right material for the product.
