Daily Duties at Kundra & Associates:
Deftly perform legal research and fact-finding for highly-regarded boutique law firm within fast- paced, deadline and quality-critical environment. Liaise effectively with associates and managing partner, both in writing and verbally at weekly meetings, to define project requirements, establish priorities, and convey case / research statuses; communicate with clients to gather information. Provide litigation support, organizing exhibits and attachments; draft, review, and proofread legal documents and correspondence to clients and federal and state tax authorities. Complete Form 433 Collection Information Statements. Ready Excel spreadsheets detailing financial information for submission to government agencies. Mentor and supervise legal assistant / intern.
