Establishing and maintaining good customer service is a key element in helping the welfare of our customers, which is measured by the comments, emitted from them. Consult with physicians and patients with regard to medication dosage, drug interactions, disease management and potential side effects of prescription and over-the-counter medications. Maintain inventories whereas they are not out of stock and assure inventory turns are maximized and there is no negative shrinkage in inventory. Recognize value in personnel for performance that captures not only the pharmacist attention but also the customers’ attention.
