Daily Duties at Naval Military Personnel Command:
Led all phases of project efforts. Directed staff with approximately 25 technical and functional contractor employees on budget, requirements definitions, programming, testing, data conversion, and documentation. Created a Project Management Plan to control and track efforts in following Life Cycle Management standards. Communicated with the Information Systems Executive Board to identify, progress, and resolve issues. Delivered system briefs to the U.S. Navy groups around the country to inform them of system status and discuss efficient use of new system data.
