Led all phases of the project effort. Directed staff with approximately 50 technical and functional employees on budget, requirements definition, programming of more than 400 programs, testing, data conversion from 26 systems to be replaced, and documentation on the largest DB2 operational data warehouse (more than 5 billion records). Created a Project Management Plan to control and track efforts in following the Information Systems Life Cycle. Communicated with the Senior Advisory Committee to identify progress and resolve issues.
