Supervised 35 employees on an Oncology/Cardiac Telemetry Units. Assigned scheduled, mentored, and educated Nurses and Nurses Assistants. Provided administrative, clinical assistance, and feedback to staff members on customer service framework. Performed timekeeper functions in Kronos. Conducted corrective actions, as necessary. Implemented a reward system for staff members who received more than one “Wow Card” in a three month period. Assisted Director with staffing issues and human resources to ensure quality and productivity standards were being maintained.
