Scope of duties consist of directing all operational aspects of frozen yogurt shops with retail locations in Scottsdale Fashion Square and Kierland in Arizona, including defining and implementing all operational policies and procedures, strategic planning, site selections, lease negotiations, business development, marketing, accounting, cash and tax management, inventory systems and controls, POS selection, procurement and implementation, HR recruiting, staffing and scheduling and the enforcement of all state/federal environmental safety and FDA regulations and quality control.
