Daily Duties at Unisan:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop fiscal marketing programs to drive sales and profit Develop content and design strategy for all customer facing sales and marketing tools to support new customer acquisition and account growth Manage a graphic designer toward the execution of finished deliverables Support launch of all customer communication tools with training Provide communication support for ad hoc sales initiatives including: targeted customer acquisition, niche product launch, margin enhancement, category penetration, and customer win-back Plan, coordinate, budget, and execute corporate and client events and track return on investment Manage budget to support fiscal marketing campaigns, events, and ad hoc initiatives Formalize Unisan value proposition, incorporating it into existing and future sales collateral, and train sales organization on use in customer engagement Implement standardized processes for the development and distribution of customer communication across all mediums including: email, live presentation, print, websites, and third party media Create, implement, and enforce brand guidelines for all Unisan affiliates worldwide Support the design, development, and launch of e-commerce website, focusing on: site layout and design, user features and interface functionality, go-live communication, and training Oversee design and execution of semi-annual customer satisfaction survey, and determine process for evaluating results and follow-up correspondence with customers
