Daily Duties at Sutherland Global Services :
• Manage financial operations, LE Budgets, budget financials, provide vision, hiring staff, recruit, payroll. • Conduct (gap/SWOT) analysis to identify opportunities and develop action plans proactively. • Make sound business decisions pertaining to daily tasks and challenges • Participate in leadership meetings to discuss individual and team performance • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Exceptional written and oral communication with strong interpersonal and listening skills • Successfully manage a team of 30, and developing new client relationships.
