Directed global IT responsible for operations in Houston, Poland, Norway, Singapore and Brazil. Led successful competition of DR (Disaster Recovery) project and business continuity program. Created and enforced internal IT policies and procedures. Managed office expansion and four remote site offices integration, data center establishment and infrastructure migration, web site revamp and SharePoint implementation. Designed and implemented client portal and time/expense capture system. Automated inspections’ reporting process and designed custom reports for HR, accounting and operations. Planned IT expansion, set IT budgets and participated in company overall strategic planning. Working at multiple clients sites with various applications, reducing manual work and operational risk, facilitating SOX compliance, supporting trade capture system users, providing custom queries to satisfy reporting needs, maintaining system updates and patches and track, report bugs/defects, creating manuals and documentation and performing training to end users. Leading implementation of custom designed multi commodity Energy Risk application at multiple clients, and integrating it with other systems.
