Daily Duties at Nevada State Bank:
Manage Employee Training for the bank. Work closely with management/executive team to align education services with company goals/strategies. Supervised six direct reports who delivered eLearning and technical training. My primary focus, in addition to overseeing my team, was to support various divisions with effective learning solutions targeting technical, sales and service, compliance, leadership development and more. This included assessment, design, development, and delivery. Additionally, I was responsible for metrics and evaluation of L&D to the organization. DDI Leadership Certified in 2009 and CPLP Credentialed in 2010.
