Managed, planned, controlled the overall budget of a Special Operations sustainment Brigade deployed worldwide. Became a certified defense financial manage which enhanced efforts to support the budget and forecast. Created systems to streamline the information flow to give timely and accurate data to deployed personnel. Spent 45 million dollars within fiscal guidance and budgetary rules. Single handely picked the units Defense Travel System up and carried to the second highest rated program out of six other commands
