Daily Duties at Yum Brands, Inc.:
Responsible for full cycle recruiting including but not limited to: sourcing, identifying, recruiting, hiring and retaining, quality, high caliber salaried management and above restaurant talent to A&W, KFC, Long John Silver’s and Pizza Hut brands. • Hired an average of 125 managers a year. Developed, maintained and executed successful recruitment strategies by leveraging a variety of tactics across 8 regions. • Interim Staffing Manager for the East Region with direct reports of 4 remote Field Staffing Leaders located in four states and 1 remote Staffing Coordinator. Served as Pizza Hut National Staffing Account Manager. • Provided support, feedback and leadership to the National Field Staffing Team. Engaged in the recruitment, orientation, development of training and training of new Field Staffing Leaders. • Coordinated and facilitated strategic planning with Human Resource/Regional Directors, ensuring a stronger structure and better perspective of future recruiting needs.
