Daily Duties at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers:
• Selected for National Team Member Relations Specialist by Chief People Officer. Reported directly to the VP of HR. • Responsible for intake, interviewing and investigation of HR related Team Member issues (included but not limited to environment, treatment, termination, sexual harassment) for over 300 corporate restaurants. • Coached, counseled and advised Regional Directors and General Managers on employment, disciplinary, legal and/or EEO related actions/complaints in collaboration with HR Directors. • Responsible for compiling data, reporting and analysis of investigation and complaint data/results. • Ensured consistency in HR practices through management usage of corporate Team Member Handbook policies and procedures with a focus on Red Robin Gourmet Burgers cultural Core Values.
