Set, drive and attain organizational objectives for the Business Centers that support the achievement of plant goals including safety, cost, quality, waste, delivery, and inventory. Create and drive a high performance culture promoting the growth and development of plant leadership. Build Organizational Capability within the plant to build a high performing team and increase bench strength. Monitor and control costs related to the plant including labor, materials and equipment. Develop and adhere to AOP and budget requirements. Insure compliance to legal, technical and quality standards, customer requirements including quality objectives, conformance to product specifications, and insuring product integrity. Effectively communicate expectations and performance measures throughout the plant and organization. Accountable for creating a culture of continuous improvement and promoting lean initiatives throughout the plant to ensure they are fully embraced. Develop a culture of teamwork and data-driven problem solving. Coordinate efforts between departments to foster communication and ensure delivery of plant objectives Interface cross functionally with supervisors and manufacturing department personnel to meet business unit and divisional goals while reducing manufacturing costs. Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of plant continuous improvement initiatives.
