Daily Duties at Crocs, Inc:

Enhanced the brand experience through development and implementation of brand enhancing, consumer focused and traffic driving retail marketing and visual merchandising strategies Build compelling window and in store marketing campaigns that increase brand perception, traffic and conversion Ownership of all aspects of the retail marketing experience, including props, displays, windows, promotional materials, custom graphics, grass roots events, in store events/promotions, out of home marketing and product marketing Analyze, evaluate and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use analysis for recommendations for future campaign execution and spend Collaborated with internal and external resources to effectively create and implement shopper marketing programs, including creative agencies, designers, operations, merchants and vendor partners for 200+ locations in U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico Develop and communicate marketing and visual merchandising calendar, including featured products launches and campaigns Create and drive yearly budget for Marketing and Visual Merchandising team. Communicate monthly spend to leadership team Increased productivity by introducing and implementing cross-functional processes that increased communication and planning time and decreased inefficiencies Full product life cycle responsibility Coach and develop direct reporting team
