Handpicked to strategize, lead, and execute startup and launch of all aspects of retail chain for largest manufacturer of junior dresses and sportswear in nation; included, but not limited to, floor-to-ceiling expansion from wholesale to new retail division, finance and budgeting, concept design, site selection, construction and architecture, site build-outs, IT, POS selection, operations, systems, control, buying $10M in inventory, and supply chain management, merchandising, lease and contract negotiations. Worked closely with the factory to create and manufacture exclusive designs for the retail stores.
