Primary duties focused on providing diversified hands-on consulting to start-ups and turnarounds on branding, growth, strategy, finance, management, regulatory compliance, accounting, payroll and sales tax issues and human resources. Often served as an interim senior executive in multiple areas such as accounting, banking, auditing, management, tax, R&D, new product development, intellectual property (IP), legal (patents), federal and state HR compliance, systems and controls (IT and POS), sales, marketing, advertising and best practices. Worked with clients in widely diverse industries including, but not limited to, Construction and Design, Mortgage, Restaurant, Retail, Beauty, Wholesale and Distribution, Automotive, Small Business Enterprise Development, Real Estate and International Manufacturing.
