Specifically recruited to devise and execute strategic 3-year to 5-year company roadmap to drive company mission, objectives, revenue, profitability and organizational growth; responsible for brand development, overseas manufacturing and supply chain, logistics and distribution, sales, marketing and public relations. Additional responsibilities included investor relations and fundraising, domestic and international patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial design, trade dress, FDA compliance and domestic and international regulatory compliance. Also served as the CFO and prepared all audited financial statements and worked with counsel and auditors to prepare all required SEC documents and filings in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including the Super 8-K to go public via a reverse merger.
