Corresponded with borrowers, lenders, builders, real estate agents and attorneys to gather proper information for settlements, provided customer-focused support by attending calls and answering borrowers’ questions, calculated fees on Settlement Statement; Obtained fees from NVR Settlement Services and incorporated them into Settlement Statement, prepared all closing documents necessary for settlement and made all changes necessary for settlement attorney during closing and closed 30-50 loans per month; ensured pending post-closing items were properly and timely addressed, and that all appropriate documents, checks and copies were sent to all parties immediately after closing
