Daily Duties at Wegner's Cedar Lake Inn:
Responsible for all aspects of restaurant’s operation. Developed HR policy and procedures. Ordering and inventorying of all liquor and food and their corresponding cost controls. Menu development. Responsible for all hiring, training and scheduling of staff and management team. Also oversaw banquet operations, including booking, ordering, staffing, set up, execution. Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment and building. Primary task was to ensure that the level of customer service is maintained and exceeded the expectations of the guest to the restaurant.
