Department of Motor Vehicles. • Scope of Legal Representation: 1. administrative law, 2. arbitrations (civil tort, contract, construction cases), 3. bankruptcy, 4. civil litigation, 5. contracts (conflict resolution, drafting, and negotiation), 6. drafting/writing (Attorney General Opinions, memos, statutes, codes, policies/procedures), 7. employment/personnel (Title VII), 8. environmental protection (compliance, complaints, and enforcement, dispute resolution), 9. Open Meeting Law (authored/executed agendas), 10. litigation management.
