Daily Duties at Direct Data Source:
Owner and co-founder of Direct Data Source (www.ddsresults.com). Initial set up of company and daily operations. Client acquisition and retention. Accounts payable and receivable, invoices, bill paying, and payroll. Quickbooks, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, Publisher, PDF Converter, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and proprietary count and order systems. Vendor negotiations and relationships. Sell/Broker direct mail lists, telemarketing lists, and email campaigns. Provide solutions and options for marketing campaigns. Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, prioritizing, time management, and sense of urgency. Familiar with SEO, blogging, and social media.
