Daily Duties at Bb Direct, Inc:
Client acquisition and retention. Goldmine CRM, Sugar CRM, Microsoft Excel,PDF Converter, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and proprietary count and order systems. Vendor negotiations and relationships. Sell/Broker direct mail lists, telemarketing lists, and email campaigns. Provide solutions and options for marketing campaigns. Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, prioritizing, time management, and sense of urgency. Familiar with SEO, blogging, and social media. Responsible for a growing a book of business and meeting monthly sales goals. Handled 30-50 regular clients and $30k+ monthly profit. Assisted with human resource tasks such as interviewing, hiring and firing, implementing new procedures, employee reviews, and employee complaints/suggestions for a better work environment. Team oriented and "go to" person due to my industry knowledge. Training and mentoring employees. Assisted with new technology, negotiating contracts, and creating data cards.
