Daily Duties at Ac First:

Coordinated the movement of over 5,000 tracked/wheeled vehicles and 3 200 containers/force providers. Responsible for preparing, coordinating and expediting Aircraft load planning utilizing ICODES (Integrated Computerized Deployment System), TCMD’s (Transportation Control Movement Documents) utilizing TC-AIMS II (Transportation Coordinators Automated Information for Movement Planning Systems). Validate of hazardous cargo that complies with IATA (International Air Transport Association), DOT (Department of Transportation) 49 Code of CFR (Federal Regulations) and US Military regulations for transport via land, air and sea by using (Form 1033 and 2890). As Lead Transportation Coordinator, I supervised and trained 15 other Transportation Coordinators I and II in Logistics and movement plans resulting in a 50% decrease in rejected paper work. I anticipate and plan for un-forecasted surges in daily and weekly workload and responsible for work schedules, sequence of operation and distribution of work; designate co-workers and assign work for the RPAT transportation cell team. Strategic Planner who contributes to the overall success of projects by seeing the bigger picture and knowing how to break deliverables down into manageable tasks. Key Highlights: • Scope of responsibility includes preparation of transportation documents for surface and air movement and coordination with supporting agencies (HN, MCT/MCB, SDDC, A /DACG) for booking. Preparation of RF tags for all shipments to ensure in-transit visibility of cargo from origin to destination using ITV, GTN and other defense transportation tracking systems.
