Responsible for administering all direct operations for 3 entities of Radiology Outpatient/Inpatient Services and efficiently managing over 100 employees including administrative, accounting, HR, billing, technical, outpatient services, and front line staff. Oversee strategic planning, HR, business development, marketing, sales, product management, and financial aspects of operations. Establish sound performance indicators and goals, productivity improvement initiatives, and cost reduction programs to consistently improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Provide training and development opportunities to all staff members to improve patient care and maintain a friendly teamwork environment. Promote high performance and continuous improvement with emphasis on learning and commitment to quality. Provide advice and recommendations to the President and senior management members on various financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment, and policy development matters. Participate in contract negotiations with insurance companies, as well as in banking and lease negotiations. Maintain appropriate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards for the practice including all payroll functions. Managed-care contracts with Insurance Companies and credentialing.
