Part of a multidiscipline team tasked with developing, validating, and defending the Construction Cost Estimate for the MOX Fuel Fabrication Facility (MFFF) to be built on the Savannah River Site. Utilized available engineering documents; information related by engineering, construction, and other technical staff; cost estimate reference materials and sources; and sound estimating skills and judgment. Preparation of estimates for equipment and construction bid packages in support of the procurement process.
