Daily Duties at Design Engineering:
Lead role in development of design changes to electrical plant systems and equipment requiring modification, upgrade, or replacement. Manage engineering schedule milestones and budgets while generating Engineering Change packages. Assemble modification request packages by selecting and sizing electrical equipment, estimating cost and developing design scope. Participated in design studies and development of detailed scope and cost estimates related to proposed projects. Specific project types would include I & C, digital, and some minor electrical design work.
