• Coordinated with multiple aggregate companies on daily operations and special projects regarding permitting and engineering designs involving limestone quarries, sand and gravel operations and a number of ready-mix concrete/asphalt plants. • Assessed and monitored reclamation liability of a bankrupt coal company Lodestar Energy, LLC for a multinational insurance corporation. • Oversaw and completed all coal mining and non-coal permits, performed field explorations, prepared reserve studies and property evaluations and supervised pre-blast and pond certifications.
