Daily Duties at Environmental Resources Management Consulting Co., Llc:
• Provide operations leadership, direct business development, and guide strategic planning. • Collaborate with clients to plan, design, acquire, and permit mining operations. Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory authorities. • Guide clients through the due diligence process including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, operational evaluations, reclamation estimates, as well as, performing on the ground verification of risk and assets. • Evaluated monthly budgets for reclamation work of a bankrupt coal company for approval by the bonding company. • Headed marketing efforts to diversify the firm’s client base and expand service offerings. • Oversaw and completed all coal mining and non-coal permits. • Managed all company Human Resource duties including business and health insurance, company benefits and licensing requirements, banking and regulatory requirements.
