Currently responsible for the tracking and implementing the deliverables against the scope and project plan deliverables, while keeping the stakeholders up to date on the progress of each undertaking. Also add incremental value to clients via soft revenue by tracking and managing logistics on a daily basis, through the available resources, while combining our goods and consolidating shipments to share costs with other vendors. Communicate cross-functionally and interface with high-profile staff, vendors, and clients, while effectively communicating project status and updates to project stakeholders. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
