Daily Duties at Altran:

Cyber Security project assignment at Duke Energy. • Assist with analysis and implementation of administrative controls for cyber security of Portable Media and Mobile Device (PMMD). • Assist with the development of policies and procedures for the use of PMMDs. • Analyze plant equipment, procedure, test equipment and other devices for digital component, connections and methods of connectivity. Provide independent verification, validation to nuclear safety related I&C system, meet customer requirements, and comply with regulatory codes/policies (NRC/IEEE/IEC). • Design, develop, and document Software Component/Integration Test Plan for Reactor Protection System (RPS) application software. • Design test cases, test plans and procedure specifications based on system requirements specification (SyRS), software requirement specification (SRS), and software design description (SDD). • Extensively work on test planning, test execution, regression testing, and performing troubleshooting. • Participate in resolution meeting and developing technical solutions to meet customers’ specification. Resolve anomaly items and authored Regression documentations. • Draft and review software testing documentations including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Procedures, Testing Logs and Test Summary Reports. • Use requirement management software DOORS to link and trace requirements in SyRS, SRS to SDD and test cases.
