Daily Duties at Kms Engineering, Inc.:
Supervise staff of 4. Manage payroll, HR, financials, customer service, sales and marketing, OSHA compliance, safety, and project management. Lead the development and manufacture of parts based on in-house concepts and/or customer requirements. Coordinate CNC machine operations and maintenance, scheduling, parts and exotic materials procurement, vendor relations, and inventory control.
